Ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal
Sugar to taste (approximately 6 tablespoons)
1 large stick of Mexican cinnamon
1 can coconut milk alternatively blend 1 cups of coconut flour and 2 cups of water, strain solids.


Directions:
For approximately 3 litres
Leave oats to soak in warm water until it becomes soft. Blend the milk, oats cinnamon and sugar, in two parts if is more convenient. Pour into a jar and add water. Place in fridge or add ice cubes if consumed immediately. Stir before serving.
