Ingredients:

  1. ½ avocado flesh
  2. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  3. 1 medium banana
  4. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  5. 2-4 tablespoons milk
  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 3 tablespoons instant oats

Directions:

Yield: 1 serving

  1. Blend everything together in a food processor until it's very creamy. Add more milk until it's the desired thickness.
  2. Serve immediately or keep covered in the refrigerator for up to one day.
