- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Yield: 3 crepes
- Whisk oat flour, egg and milk together.
- Pour a thin layer onto a non-stick and/or greased pan over medium heat, cook for about 2 minutes.
- Carefully flip the crepe to cook the other side until light golden.
- Enjoy with jam, cheese and ham or fruits.
