- 2 tablespoons oat bran or 4 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 2 lemons, seeded and cut in 4 pieces.
- 1 litre water
Yield: 1 litre of oat water
- Blend all ingredients.
- You must not strain the mixture or add sugar. You can drink this water during the day to accompany your meals or as a snack.
