Oatmeal Crepes


  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Yield: 3 crepes

  1. Whisk oat flour, egg and milk together.
  2. Pour a thin layer onto a non-stick and/or greased pan over medium heat, cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Carefully flip the crepe to cook the other side until light golden.
  4. Enjoy with jam, cheese and ham or fruits.
