Banana and Nuts Oat Cookies

Ingredients

 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
 3 big ripe bananas
 ½ cup chopped nuts
 3 tbsp natural unsweetened peanut butter

Directions

Makes about 15 cookies

With a fork, mash the bananas in a bowl.

Add vanilla and peanut butter until blended.

Combine oats and nuts. Drop from a tablespoon 1 inch apart onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a 350° F oven for 15 minutes or until brown. Remove and let it cool.
