Chocoholic Cookies

Ingredients

 2 cups rolled oats
 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
 1 cup unsalted butter
 1 cup packed brown sugar
 1 ½ cups flour
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ¼ cup cocoa
 2 large eggs
 1 tbsp milk
 1 ½ tsp vanilla (pure)
 9 oz white chocolate, melted (255 g)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine oats and chocolate chips.

Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl.

In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add to butter mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined.

Stir milk, vanilla and eggs together. Add to butter mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined.

Add chips and oats and stir well.

Bake for 8 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake.

Dip cooled cookies into melted white chocolate to cover one-third of cookie.
