Oatmeal Crepes

Ingredients

 1 egg
 ½ cup oat flour
 ½ cup milk
 1 tbsp butter

Directions

Whisk oat flour, egg and milk together.

Pour a thin layer onto a non-stick and/or greased pan over medium heat, cook for about 2 minutes.

Carefully flip the crepe to cook the other side until light golden.

Enjoy with jam, cheese and ham or fruits.
