Better understanding the benefits of oats could boost its production in the country

A study on the health benefits of oats taking place in Manitoba is looking at the effects of this cereal on lowering cholesterol and blood sugar levels. POGA recently secured $106,000 from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada to fund this study.  Thank you to MOGA Director Yves Lapointe for conducting the interview in French.
